Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Premiumbyte Technologies for using ShipEasy — how credits work, what you may publish, and the rules against fraudulent tracking.
Last updated 20 August 2026
1. This agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Premiumbyte Technologies (“Premiumbyte”, “we”, “us”), the operator of ShipEasy. They apply when you create an account, buy credits or use the service in any way.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use ShipEasy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
2. What the service is
ShipEasy lets a courier or freight company publish a branded shipment-tracking website on a subdomain we provide, create shipment records, post status updates, and notify recipients by email.
We are a software provider, not a carrier. We do not collect, carry, handle, store, insure or deliver any goods, and we have no involvement in the physical movement of a shipment. Every shipment record and status update on your tracking site is created by you, and the transport contract is between you and your customer.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and using ShipEasy for a genuine business purpose. When registering you agree to:
- give accurate, current company and contact details, and keep them updated;
- keep your password confidential and not share your login;
- tell us promptly at support@shipeasy.pro if you suspect unauthorised access; and
- accept responsibility for everything done through your account.
One account operates one company profile. We may require verification of your business before, or at any time after, your account becomes active, and may decline any registration at our discretion.
4. Credits and payment
ShipEasy runs on prepaid credits. There is no subscription and no monthly fee.
- Creating a shipment consumes credits at the rate shown on our pricing page at that time.
- Status updates on an existing shipment are free, up to the published limit per shipment.
- Credits do not expire. They remain on your account until used or until the account is closed.
- You cannot create new shipments with an insufficient balance, but you keep full access to existing shipments and can continue updating them.
We accept payment by card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency:
- Card payments are processed by Paystack and credited automatically on confirmation.
- Bank transfers are verified manually by our team. Credits appear once we confirm receipt, which is not instant.
- Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments and credited when the network confirms the transaction. Amounts are converted at the rate shown at checkout, and crypto payments are irreversible once sent.
Prices may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought. You are responsible for any taxes on your own supplies to your customers.
5. Refunds
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable as a matter of entitlement. Because credits never expire, an unused balance keeps its value indefinitely.
We will, however, consider refund requests case by case at our sole discretion — for example where a payment was duplicated or clearly made in error. Email support@shipeasy.pro with the transaction reference and we will review it. Deciding one request in your favour does not oblige us to decide the next one the same way.
Credits already spent on shipments cannot be refunded, and no refund is given where an account is terminated for a breach of section 7.
6. Your tracking subdomain
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use a subdomain on one of our base domains for as long as your account is active. You do not own the subdomain and cannot transfer or sell it.
- Some names are reserved for our own use and cannot be selected.
- You must not choose a name that impersonates another business, implies a relationship you do not have, or infringes someone’s trade mark.
- We may reclaim or reassign a subdomain where it breaches these terms, infringes a third party’s rights, or was registered abusively — including registering names in bulk or to resell them.
Where we reclaim a subdomain for a reason other than your breach, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to move to another name.
7. Your responsibilities for content and data
You are solely responsible for everything you publish through ShipEasy — your company profile, logo, shipment records, status updates and images.
Shipment information must be truthful and reflect a real consignment. Status updates must describe the actual state of the goods at the time you post them.
You also agree that:
- when you enter a sender’s or recipient’s personal details, you have a lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) to do so, and you are the data controller for that information as explained in our Privacy Policy;
- emails we send about your shipments go out in your name and branding, and you are responsible for their being wanted and accurate;
- you own or are licensed to use any logo or image you upload, and it does not infringe anyone’s rights; and
- you will not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that contains malware.
Remember that tracking pages are publicly accessible to anyone holding the link. Do not enter information into a shipment record that must remain confidential.
8. Prohibited use and fraud
ShipEasy produces professional, branded tracking pages. That makes it attractive to people running delivery and advance-fee scams, and we treat such use as the most serious breach of this agreement.
You must not create shipment records for consignments that do not exist, or post tracking information you know to be false or misleading. Doing so terminates your account immediately, forfeits any unused credits, and may be reported to law enforcement.
You further agree not to:
- impersonate another courier, freight company, brand or person, or present your tracking site as operated by someone else;
- use the service to induce anyone to pay a fee, duty, clearance charge or release payment for a consignment that does not exist or that you cannot deliver;
- publish fabricated charges, receipts or carrier references;
- advertise or facilitate the movement of goods that are unlawful to ship;
- upload malware, attempt to breach or probe our systems, or bypass authentication or rate limits;
- scrape the service, or resell or sublicense access to it; or
- use the service in any way that breaks the law in Nigeria or in any country you ship to or from.
If you believe a ShipEasy tracking site is being used fraudulently, report it to support@shipeasy.pro. Include the tracking link, and we will investigate.
9. Enforcement, suspension and termination
How we enforce
We apply two levels of response, depending on what has happened.
- Immediate suspension, without notice, where we reasonably suspect fabricated tracking information, impersonation, or any other conduct in section 7 that could cause harm to the public. Your account and tracking pages become inaccessible at once.
- Notice and an opportunity to fix, for other breaches. We will tell you what is wrong and give you 7 days to put it right before we suspend or terminate.
Where we suspend an account we will tell you why, unless doing so would prejudice an investigation or we are legally prevented. You may respond with evidence at support@shipeasy.pro, and we will reinstate an account suspended in error.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately in the circumstances above.
When an account is terminated:
- your tracking pages stop working, and links you have shared with customers will no longer resolve;
- unused credits are forfeited where termination follows a breach of section 7; otherwise we will consider a discretionary refund under section 5;
- your subdomain is released and may be issued to someone else; and
- we delete your data in line with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
If you are winding down deliberately, give your customers notice before closing — their tracking links will break.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep ShipEasy available and reliable, but we provide it on a best-efforts basis and do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment.
We may take the service down for maintenance, and during maintenance the creation of new shipments may be temporarily unavailable. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you materially depend on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
11. Intellectual property
Premiumbyte owns ShipEasy, including the platform, the tracking-site templates and all associated software and design. Nothing here transfers any of that to you; you receive only a licence to use the service while your account is active.
You keep ownership of your logo, brand and content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display that material for the purpose of operating your tracking site and sending your notification emails. That licence ends when your content is deleted.
12. Third-party services
ShipEasy relies on third parties for payments, email delivery, image hosting, maps and bot protection. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms govern your dealings with them. We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by one of these providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve it.
13. Disclaimers
Except as this agreement expressly says, ShipEasy is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
In particular we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we take no responsibility for the accuracy of shipment information — that is entered by merchants, not by us.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business or data.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the total amount you paid us for credits in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for loss arising from your own shipment data, from your dealings with your customers, or from a carrier’s performance.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify Premiumbyte against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your shipment or company content, your breach of this agreement, or a claim by a sender, recipient or authority relating to a shipment you published.
16. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
Before starting proceedings, please contact us at support@shipeasy.pro so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled quickly this way.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use ShipEasy after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may close your account.
18. Contact
These terms are entered into with Premiumbyte Technologies, RC 9749581. Questions about them go to support@shipeasy.pro.
